Dr. Jörg Thomas Dickersbach works as a solution architect for supply chain management at SAP AG. Focuses of his work are project reviews, critical implementation projects, and workshops relating to special SCM issues. Since 1998 he has been dealing with the modeling and implementation of logistic processes with SAP in the following industries: discrete parts manufacturing, high tech, consumer goods, chemical and pharmaceutical articles. Before his employment with SAP AG, Jörg Thomas Dickersbach worked for five years as a consultant for SAP AG & Co. KG and IMG AG.
Dr. Gerhard Keller worked for SAP AG in the field of logistics, development, and methods between 1992 and 1998. There he was responsible for the buildup and documentation of business processes in the SAP R/3 system. After that he was board member of a start-up-company and managed development in the area Internet and open source. Since 2001 he has been working as consultant in the industries discrete parts manufacturing (high tech, etc.) and financial services. His focus points in the SAP environment are design of business processes, buildup of company architectures, collaborative communications management, strategic product management and marketing.
Klaus Weihrauch has been working for SAP AG in the area of the solution Production Planning and Control (PP) since 1990. Among other things he created the data and process model for the R/3 component PP and was responsible for production planning in the context of AcceleratedSAP. At present, Klaus Weihrauch ist project manager in the area Best Practices for mySAP SCM where preconfigured solutions for the SCM are being created.
