So this paper forwards improvement areas in resource utilization activities to improve the productivity of the case company specifically and for the leather footwear companies in general.

The author, Sisay Addis Filketu, attended his M.Sc in Industrial Engineering in Addis Ababa University Institute of Technology of Ethiopia in 2011. At this time he is working in Debre-Markos University, Ethiopia, as a full lecturer.
