In higher medical education, it has been found that there are insufficiencies or professional skills that prevent the provision of excellent care to pregnant women and newborns. For this reason, it is necessary to implement strategies to improve the performance of nursing graduates working in maternal and newborn services. The objective of this book is to support, from a dialectic conception, the implementation of a professional improvement strategy that contributes to the improvement of the professional performance of nursing graduates in maternal and child services.
