According to the current scenario the vacant seats percentage in India in 2017-18 of Engineering is 49.18% and of Management is 39.51%.In Rajasthan in 2017-18, vacant seats were 68.70% in the Engineering program and 53.74% in Management. Also the there is huge drop down in the number of total intake, in fact it has become half in 2017-18 (6775) from 2012-13 (13420). These threatening issues and concerns aroused many queries in the minds of the people, therefore a research study is done in this sector with the objective to find out the reasons behind the issues existing in the Professional Education System with reference to Management and Engineering Programs and to develop a suggestive model for effective teaching & learning in Professional Education System.
