This book seeks to determine how professional identity and social responsibility management are related in university nursing students in the city of Pasco. The methodology used was framed within the quantitative research approach, the design used was non-experimental, cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 38 Pasco nursing students who developed the university social responsibility program during 2018.These results were observed: 55.26% of the nursing students reflect high professional identity, 31.58% medium professional identity; and, 13.16% low professional identity. Likewise, with respect to the management of university social responsibility in nursing, 65.79% of the students are very empowered, 26.32% are empowered, and 7.89% are not very empowered.This leads to the conclusion that professional identity and the management of social responsibility are significantly related with a moderate intensity.
