Es licenciado en Gastronomía por el Centro Universitario Senac, con especialización en educación y máster en Administración de Empresas. Ha trabajado como profesor en cursos de cualificación profesional en el área de gastronomía y actualmente es profesor y coordinador del curso de Tecnología Gastronómica en el Centro Universitario Senac Águas de São Pedro.
