Today a successful manager has become a common story, many young people want to become successful managers, and lots of companies make this position a real cult. Having more than ten years of experience in this field, to me it's been a great interest to investigate managerial skills as a part of the organization, as in my opinion it is an important subject in achieving best business results. Topics covered in this book are interesting because currently everything is changing, exponentially growing and ordinary leaders are replaced by managers. The book consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter analyses the essence of a successful manager qualities, its manifestations and the role of the human factor in businesses. The second chapter is based on business activity analysis of an existing company and it compiles with an overview of the company development. Third chapter of the book contains the answers to the problems and possible solutions for a successful manager in the analyzed company. The importance of this topic is essential for transition society, which needs people that have rational skills and can easily adapt to new challenge.
