Professional ethics seeks to establish the standards of morality with respect to different professions with a purpose to regulate human behavior. The main types of professional ethics are: Medical ethics, Business ethics, Organizational ethics, and Management ethics etc. Management as discipline is comparatively new and it has a great diversity. The professional autonomy is organizational ethics and values flow from organizational and its style (culture), vision and mission central concern of this work and it focuses on the Professional Autonomy of professionals. A holistic value driven management and ethical value system plays a vital role in TQM. Business ethics is the application of ethical principles and methods of analysis to business. The social responsiveness of management which means the ability and willingness of management to relate the plans and policies to the social environmentin such ways that are mutually beneficial to the organization and to society. Quality of life satisfies the hunger of mind and spirit which are higher levels human wants and aspirations.
