The study aimed to describe the quality of life of selected retired and current enthusiasts of the Taekwondo Blackbelt Brotherhood and Sorority (TBB-TBS) in the National Capital Region, which they seemed to have good quality of life even in their retirement age. The researcher wanted to confirm this assertion being a member of the said organization and a MAPEH teacher in Camarin High School. Using the descriptive method, Taekwondo proved to improve the participants' quality of life with abounding benefits, which should be promoted through the help of the Department of Education (DepEd), the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the State Colleges and University Athletic Association (SCUAA), and school clubs or sports agencies.

Angelene R. Santos is a Junior High School teacher at Camarin High School, Caloocan City. She teaches MAPEH, handles Grade 8 students, and is the Taekwondo Coach of the said school. She is a member of the Taekwondo Blackbelt Brotherhood and Sorority TBS batch 29 and a former Taekwondo athlete.
