A profile of a collaborative leader emerged from the research based on how certain dominate leadership attributes contribute to this type of a profile.

In the past 20 years, I have worked in the field of education. I was a 5th grade teacher, a middle school math teacher, a K-8 school administrator and an adjunct professor for higher education institutions. My passion is in collaborative leadership and shared decision-making, which was the inspiration for this book during my doctorate work.
