With no more to develop in the domains of physical and intellectual assets, emotional assets start making their way to the centre of the attention together with the engagement and eager of employees to increase an organisation¿s goals. In order to allow an understanding about leadership, numerous guest speakers from a wide range of career paths have dedicated their personal time to speak about their journeys. These guest speakers are established in diverse careers and whose leadership journey is remarkable. To understand it, this report will provide an analysis of different leadership theories such as; Transformational Leadership, Authentic Leadership and Situational Leadership. Following this line, this report aims to introspect into the many ways each of the guests¿ lives has led them to become leaders and how their areas of expertise shape their approach to leadership, as well as what brings them closer to each other through their similarities.
