Jim Buck's career in IT has spanned more than 30 years, primarily in the manufacturing and healthcare industries. Jim is an 11-year president of the Wisconsin Midrange Computer Professional Association (www.WMCPA.org) and has served on a number of teams developing IBM and COMMON certification tests. Jim is also a recipient of the 2007 IBM System i Innovation - Education Excellence Award, 2013 IBM Champion award, and the 2014 COMMON Presidents Award. Jim is a programming instructor at Gateway Technical College and is active in the IBM i community working to help students, colleges and companies develop the next generation of IBM i professionals. Bryan Meyers is well known to IBM i technicians as the author of a number of books and magazine articles about the IBM i operating system and languages. His programming, management, and consulting career has spanned most of the IBM midrange history from the System/360 through the AS/400, and now IBM i. For much of that time, Bryan was the IT director for an international hospitality franchisor. He has also managed computer operations for municipal government, international construction, and broadcasting industries. Bryan's company, Enskill.com, provides onsite and online IBM i training to organizations worldwide.
