An essential step for discovering a mysterious pattern of multiple sclerosis (MS) development is the ability to find correspondences across volume changes of different brain tissues. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) has been proven to be the most useful Imaging method for predicting progression of MS. The purpose of this study was to analyze the brain volume changes of MS patients in the longitudinal follow up for different subgroups defined by: gender, early-late MS onset and different clinical courses of MS.
