Nedjari Mounia est née le 13 août 1983 à Tlemcen, en Algérie. Elle est titulaire d'un magistère en enseignement de l'anglais de l'université de Tlemcen, elle prépare actuellement sa thèse de doctorat et son principal domaine de recherche est l'évaluation et les tests dans le domaine du FLE. Elle est enseignante au département d'anglais d'Abou Bakr Belkaid, université de Tlemcen.
