They lost connection to the outside world, and heard the news of The Collapse. With their new found power called blight, they decide to travel cross country from Arizona to New Jersey with the hopes of Dr.Hex being able to save humanity from the end of the world. Once they return the outside world now without government, the depressing reality swept over the group, it's not just the infected they have to worry about. They also will encounter the cruel nature of humanity.
