To achieve this work, we first presented the project management in general, and in particular, the project management techniques implemented in the iTravel project by La Centrale Informatique which is our host structure. Secondly, we evaluated the performance of the project management system implemented in the iTravel project; this was done through a presentation of the evaluation and the evaluation techniques, and then through the actual evaluation of the performance of the project management system implemented in the iTravel project. After analysis, we find that the iTravel project was conducted on the basis of LCI's own project management system.
