This book presents an application of Project Management Institute (PMI) tools and techniques for project risk management planning. The context was an Brazilian Olympic Program that consists in a group of projects focused on selection and development of athletes able to participate in Olympic competitions. On this program each project is related to a sport. In this book, we were seen as the PMI risk management techniques were employed in the context of three sport projects. We also will observe the challenges faced by project teams in the risk planning development. The book main contribution is the detailed description of project risk analysis.
