The elaboration brings JGArchitects quality system
into focus to increase
both process stability and product quality.
Three main aspects were discovered which needed to be
improved to increase JMS efficiency:
1. Process control was restricted by partly not
suitable measurement methods
2. The amount of change orders caused by
architectural errors bear the opportunity for
further reduction
3. JMS documentation process missed evaluation and
standardized procedures
