Muhammmad Zia-ur-Rehman, is a PhD scholar, author of several international publications, editorial member, reviewer, and has been researcher since 2000. Arshad Mahmood, is Assistant Prof. All the authors are faculty members,NUML,Islamabad,(Pak).
