Dr.Baranetz Efrat, an English teacher with 22 years of experience, is also an ICT Instructor in teachers training. She obtained her Ph.D. degree at the Moldova State University in the field of Education pathway- ICT. Her research interest focuses on effective ways of implementing technological tools in order to promote social interaction.
