Autorenporträt
Mary Ann Palma, PhD (2006), University of Wollongong, a Research Fellow at the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS), University of Wollongong, Australia. She has undertaken a number of researches and written publications on IUU fishing, including co-author to Fairer Fishing: Development Impact of the EU IUU Regulation (Commonwealth Secretariat, 2008). Martin Tsamenyi, PhD (1983), Australian National University, is Director of ANCORS, University of Wollongong. Professor Tsamenyi has published extensively on law of the sea and international fisheries law, most recently as co-author to Fairer Fishing: Development Impact of the EU IUU Regulation (Commonwealth Secretariat, 2008). William Edeson is Professorial Fellow at ANCORS, University of Wollongong, and Professorial Visiting Fellow at the University of New South Wales. He is author of numerous publications on the law of the sea, including Legislating for Sustainable Fisheries: (The World Bank, 2001) (with David Freestone and Elly Gudmundsdottir).
