Samuel Ugochukwu Ele ist ein Forscher und kreativer Denker. Er hat einen Bachelor of Science in Industriephysik von der Abia State University und einen Master of Science in Physik von der Ebonyi State University. Sein Spezialgebiet ist die Solarenergiephysik. Derzeit arbeitet er bei der Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, EEDC.
