Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) is an ultra high strength and high ductility cementitious composite with advanced mechanical and physical properties. The development of incorporated sugarcane bagasse ash (SCBA) based RPC with several mineral admixtures and micro-steel fibre was studied. In this study, four different mineral admixtures were added in RPC such as Fly ash (FA), Ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), Sugarcane bagasse ash (SCBA) and Glass powder (GP); also the micro steel-fibres were used. To develop sustainable RPC cement used is partially replaced with SCBA. The SCBA is partially replaced at 0%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 30%. Quartz Powder (QP) can be replaced in GP at different levels such as 0%, 50% and 100%. 3% of micro steel-fibres are used in the mix. Compressive strength and flexural strength was carried out at 7, 28 and 90 days. Strength results were improved by replacing 15% of SCBA with cement as well as complete replacement of QP with GP. Thus the specimens were casted for durability properties and mechanical properties of RPC were discussed.
