The transformation of property in Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina was made by the great efforts of the international community, and in particular the efforts of the Supervisor for Brcko, with the aim of preserving the substance of "public property" resulting from the transformation of social or state ownership into the public property of Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to answer some issues related to property in Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina as the central location of all events on the stage of political, economic and legal transition that is still taking place in the territory of the District.

Muhamed Li¿i¿ nació en Croacia en 1966. Estudió en la Facultad de Ingeniería Civil de Subotica y obtuvo el título de Ingeniero Civil, y estudió Derecho en la Facultad de Derecho de Novi Sad y Sarajevo y se licenció en Derecho y obtuvo un máster en Derecho. Es estudiante de doctorado en la Facultad de Derecho de Banja Luka.
