So when Lou Cipher approaches Henry's workplace for an early trial, the company agrees to bring him in for a training that emphasizes competition, distrust, and personal achievement. Henry's workplace quickly goes from bad to worse. He'll go on a quest to discover the meaning of virtue in the workplace, and in doing so try to unify his team in the face of devilish forces.
