Due to the increasing age, all body function becomes weaker in old age. The older people have weak muscular strength, balance, co-ordination ability, kinesthetic perceptual motor skill, flexibility, and other psychological and physiological components. This, in turn, indicates that the senior citizens have much more limitations toward physical fitness. Various literature evident that, 'yoga is an acceptable strategy to improve health related fitness, motor skills and coordination abilities in younger population. It is, therefore, assumed that some selected practice of yoga may help the older adults to resolve problems of healthrelated fitness, kinesthetic perceptual motor skills and coordination abilities. Therefore, an attempt has been made to examine the effect of ten weeks' yoga training can help senior citizens to improve kinesthetic perceptual motor skill, co-ordination abilities and health related fitness.
