Dr Jeroen van den Boogaard is legal counsel for international law at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and lecturer in international humanitarian law at the University of Amsterdam. He holds an LL.M. from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam.
