The Cooperativa de Enseñanza y Servicios Cochabamba Ltda. (CALVERT), lacks a continuous pedagogical training programme for teachers and previous studies on training needs in the cycles and areas of knowledge. This is why the present research analyses all the elements that a training programme should contain in order to enhance the capacities, skills and attitudes of teachers in the performance of their duties and to recognise that professional training and updating has a great impact on the quality of education. In this sense, having carried out the research, a proposal for the implementation of a PROGRAMME OF CONTINUOUS PEDAGOGICAL TRAINING FOR TEACHING STAFF at CALVERT based on the training needs that allows to provide a quality educational service, improve teamwork of teaching staff strengthening knowledge in pedagogical strategies that facilitate the implementation of techniques and methods in education.
