Djibrilla Abdou Malam Abdou, nacido el 20 de septiembre de 1972 en Níger, es ingeniero de investigación en el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agronómicas de Níger. Es ingeniero informático, magíster en comunicación para el desarrollo, está a cargo de la estadística, informática, comunicación en el INRAN y proyectos de investigación.
