Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) represent a catalyst for the economy of the African continent with more than 90%_ in the percentage of enterprises and 60% of the active population. However, the mortality rate of SMEs on the continent remains one of the highest in the world, due to financing, risks, managerial choices and even strategies.Based on these strategic dysfunctions, we conducted a diagnostic study on an Ivorian SME in the field of electrical and industrial engineering and then proposed specific policies for its business development.The present work presents our scientific approach, our results as well as our proposed solutions in a short to long term perspective, including the recent technological changes.
