Pedro B. Bernaldez and Evangeline P. Kim are professor and student, respectively, at the Graduate School, Aquinas University, Legazpi City, Philippines. Dr. Bernaldez is currently on leave and serving as visiting professor at Dongguk University, Korea while Ms. Kim is pursuing her Doctor in Business Administration degree.
