The popularity of cloud computing is increasing day by day. The main objective of this book is to introduce a cloud based mobile SIM card registration system that can be implemented with the help of a central database. In this research, the central database is the cloud storage which comprises with overall information of a citizen of any age. The database will enrich with one's personal information(such as name, parents name, present and permanent address etc) phone number, mobile number, passport number, voter id number, educational and job experience related information. It should be mentioned that this central database can only be implemented by the Government and the proposed mobile registration system completely counts on it. This proposed system is online based, authenticated and efficient.
