A valuable element of the text is that evaluates and compares the effectiveness of institutional frameworks for the promotion of an efficient productive chicken meat industry of Mexico (Nuevo Leon), and is, in turn, compared with what happens in Texas, a State of the American Union (USA) bordering the State of Nuevo Leon in Mexico.
