The teaching learning processes of Ethiopia Universities were devised some decades back and passed through little modification since then. It is only after the problems were accumulated and customers were dissatisfied that the universities came to understand the need to transform from the old system to the new one which is customer focused. This project tries to assess the prospects of transforming the older system to the demand base newer one and recommend possible ways of withstanding the challenges which otherwise may hinder the entire system in general. The project tries to assess the practice of both local and international universities which have implemented BPR so far as bench marks and many success and failure factors for effective BPR implementation as well. I hope viewing the issue in such depth will enhance the project's significance to the readers.
