Commerce, no doubt is the life-wire of Economy and the stronger the economy of any given nation, the more respect such a nation, commands in the comity of nations, consequently no nation can ever boast of survival without a virile economy. Incidental to this fact is the further fact that there is bound to be a boom and growth in corporate practices once the investors are free to invest and are indeed investing without inhibition. This has not been the case in the contemporary times as corporate practice faces the "dare-devil" Menace in the name of "fraud". It is against this backdrop that a solution should be sought in offering adequate protection to investors as well as creditors as the anti-dote to this inhibition.
