Protective and Curative Effect of Ginseng Against Aflatoxins In Vivo

This project is a product of laboratory work for plant (Panax ginseng) and Aflatoxins (Aspergillus flavus) extracts, and their biochemical and histopathological effects on BALB/c mice. The significant toxic effects of Aflatoxins extract were clear appeared on mice health and behavior. Then the significant recovering effects of ginseng extract were appeared with certain dosages of drug.

Sumayah Sami Hashim is an academic lecturer at the University of Baghdad. Holds a master's degree in biotechnology of the faculty of science / University of Baghdad, and she has many published researches. Member of the committee research academy in department of biotechnology and has several activities in the field of plant extracts.
