Photometric methods, as the name suggests, use light (photon), to measure something (metric). The main use of photometric methods is present in the quantification of certain samples of substances. Under the circumstances, a project was aimed at the construction of a fluorimeter to perform quantitative analysis of the fluorescein present in commercial samples. A fluorimeter is a laboratory device used to measure fluorescence parameters.
