The author is a Nigerian Legal Practitioner and a Founding Partner at Amicus Legal. He holds a Masters degree in Election Petition from Nnamdi Azikiwe University,  Nigeria. He was also a member of Enugu State Election Petition Team of 2015 and 2019. Uche has handled election cases for a long time and has authored many works on election petitions.
