Autor

Shabtai Rosenne is Former Ambassador of Israel to the United Nations. He has been awarded the Israel Prize (1960) the Sharett Prize (1994), the Certificate of Merit of the American Society of International Law (1968), and the Manley O. Hudson Medal (1999).
