Tigran Sahakyan is an Armenian-American entrepreneur from New York. He emigrated to America during the early 2000s without a dollar in his pocket. With the right paradigms, he picked himself up and established his name as one of the go-to-professionals in his field. Tigran holds licenses in Real Estate title and escrow (in multiple states) and has been involved in all aspects of real estate settlement since 2004. He provides guidance to attorneys, title closers and other players in the real estate industry (residential and commercial). Mr. Sahakyan is also a general partner in land development projects in the United States and abroad. Currently, he is developing "Americana HOA" in Armenia. His goal is to bring the American dream to his original home country. While being an active entrepreneur and investor, he passionately motivates the youth to action and success. As a man who believes deeply in giving back, he provides financial help to schools and children in Armenia.
