We conducted a retrospective descriptive study of the clinical records of patients with pseudarthrosis of the long bones collected from January 2019 to June 2023. We found a frequency of 01.43%. Young male adults predominated, with a mean age of 41.45 years and a sex ratio of 2.58. RTAs were the main cause, accounting for 95.08% of initial fractures. Conventional treatment was the main cause of pseudarthrosis in 69% of cases. Segments of the lower limb were the most affected, accounting for 62.3% of cases. Atrophic pseudarthrosis accounted for 55.74% of cases, and eutrophic pseudarthrosis for 32.79%. Treatment with ECM and PV in combination with osteo-muscular decortication or bone grafting achieved satisfactory results, with 96.72% consolidation and very good functional results.Pseudarthrosis is a frequent and formidable complication of long bone fractures in developing countries.
