Autorenporträt
David Alvear Morón is a psychotherapist with a PhD in psychology from the University of the Basque Country. He is a meditation teacher and a trainer of mindfulness instructors, as well as the director of the Kontenpla Institute of Psychology and Contemplative Science. He is the author of several papers as well as the books Mindfulness en positivo and Psicología del desierto.
