Holland Chair in Psychiatric Oncology, and Attending Psychiatrist, Psychiatry Service, in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY. Phyllis N. Butow BA(Hons), DipEd, MClinPsych, MPH, PhD, MPH is Professor and NHMRC Senior Principal Research Fellow in the School of Psychology at the University of Sydney. Paul B. Jacobsen, PhD, is an Associate Director in the U.S. National Cancer Institute's Division of Cancer Control and Population Science's where he directs the Healthcare Delivery Research Program. Wendy Wing Tak Lam RN, PhD, FFPPH, is Associate Professor at the School of Public Health at The University of Hong Kong. She leads the School of Public Health's Division of Behavioural Sciences and directs both the Centre for Psycho-Oncology Research & Training (CePORT), and the Health Behaviours Research Group (HBRG). Mark Lazenby, APRN, PhD, is Professor of Nursing and Philosophy at the University of Connecticut, where he is the School of Nursing's Associate Dean for Faculty and Student Affairs. Matthew J.
