It was observed that due to advance nature of COVI-19 pandemic, more advance approach of psychological aid is required. This work gives an overview of the multi-dimensional and trans-disciplinary techniques, which can be helpful to cope up with the crises that emerged from the threat of COVID-19 Outbreak for victims, survivors, health care practitioners and community. The recent five years literature has been consulted to investigate how infection outbreak has been treated in the human history. Furthermore, it was also observed what advancement can be used to reduce the burden of psychological issues. The advance approaches of psychological aid such as e-mental health approach or digital psychiatry, the use of psychodynamicapproach, cultural approach and psycho-pharmacological approaches found to be effective in mitigating the adverse effects of COVID-19 pandemic.
