Teachers influence people of different ages. The broad educational system, starting from the elementary level to the adult level, requires different learning conditions and points to differences in development. This has to be taken into account for teaching and learning and depends on the knowledge and implementation of development, learning ability, learning theories and forms, structures and working methods of memory, learning procedures, motivation and social-psychological aspects. It is addressed to teachers in schools, colleges or universities, general and professional adult education. It requires the consideration of the essential elements for the improvement of specific - pedagogical efforts.
