Frederick Owusu Sarpong ist Dozent für Management und organisatorisches Verhalten an der Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Business School. Er erwarb seinen Master in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität von Ghana. Fred ist außerdem als freiberuflicher Berater für führende Unternehmensberatungsfirmen in Ghana tätig.
