Banking officers who have had the benefit of experiencing the counseling programs documented great improvements in their job performance vis-à-vis psychological and behavioral patterns in the organization. It was recommended that the management of organizations need to buy into the activities of counseling services, establish more centers, recruit more counselors, train counselors in modern approaches to providing counseling services, and give their all-time support to counseling programs for their future success.
