Our field study revealed common concerns about the difficult-to-probe issue of work-related stress, and also highlighted a lack of appropriate solutions. In view of the needs expressed by managers and our initial motivation to propose an effective solution, we concluded that a digital resilience management tool, proposed by the consultant and piloted by the manager, should be conceptualized.
