The proposed scientific publication is a logical continuation of the author's scientific research in the field of psychology of professional and personal self-improvement of a teacher at different stages of continuing professional education. The programme of psychological support for the development of reflexion in young teachers developed and tested by the author is based on the design by a teacher-psychologist of meaning-creative activity of teachers, in which the processes of reflexive reflection and rethinking are actualised. The monograph is addressed to graduates of pedagogical and psychological specialities of universities, secondary school teachers, teachers of pedagogical colleges and universities, pedagogical psychologists and specialists in the field of professional development of teachers.
