This research paper analyses the treatment of women in the domestic sphere from the earliest times to the present day. Ângela Teresinha Rambo graduated in Law from the Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (2011). She passed the OAB/RS Exam (2011) and has worked as a lawyer since completing the course. Specialised in Civil Procedural Law at FEMA (2017). Works as a Civil and Family Judicial Mediator trained by the TJRS (2013).
